Our Inspiring Journey Since 2011
Over 11 years of architectural discipline, bespoke in-house joinery, and reliable contractor service across Singapore and regional markets.
A Decade of Craftsmanship & Reliability
Operating under E Modern Pte Ltd, our firm was founded in 2011 with a singular objective: to strip away the unnecessary noise, opaque markups, and aggressive hard-selling all too common in the Singapore interior renovation market.
Over the past 11+ years, we have completed over 1,500 projects across Singapore HDB BTO estates, resale flats, private condominiums, landed residences, and high-visibility commercial venues. From our primary studio at Synergy @ KB in Kaki Bukit, we coordinate every phase of design, structural permit documentation, and physical construction.
Our work has extended beyond Singapore into overseas project consultancy spanning Malaysia, China, and Indonesia, earning accolades including the prestigious Singapore Interior Design Awards (SIDA) Bronze Award for Best Hospitality Design.
The Four Pillars of E Modern
How our structured approach protects your renovation investment from inception to handover.
Transparent Itemized Quoting
No lump sums or vague allowances. Every quote itemizes run-feet of carpentry, electrical point counts, hacking boundaries, and specified laminates so you know exactly what you pay for.
In-House Bespoke Carpentry
Our joinery is fabricated under strict quality control. We utilize high-grade solid core plywood, ABS trimming, and BLUM soft-close hardware that withstands Singapore's tropical humidity.
Dedicated Project Leads
Our named leads (Elton, Elvin Lim, Harrison, Shawn, Kim) manage on-site trades personally. As our clients testify, we supervise site work on weekdays and handle unexpected issues proactively.
Multi-Year Workmanship Support
Our commitment doesn't end when final payment is received. From plumbing troubleshooting to hinge realignment, past clients confirm our warranty responsiveness even five years post-handover.
